Tri-Met has apparently approved a budget that is almost 1 billion dollars strong.

That seems like way too much. Maybe budget deficits don’t matter, but I think that Portland should be made way more bike and car friendly (and motorcycle friendly) and we should stop wasting our money on all this public transportation.
